Procedure 1. Fill 2 beakers with 10 ml of apple juice. 2. Heat one of the beakers to 90?. 3. Then add three drops of brom thymal blue to each beaker. 4. Add drops of base in each beaker until a color change has been observed. Discussion The apple juice changed from yellow to green after 20 to 23 drops of base in both the heated and room temperature juice.
